So, checked out Hollywood Hills Appliance Fix after a quick online search when my stand mixer went wonky, and let me tell ya, these folks know their stuff about stand mixer repair. Living in Los Angeles, you'd think service would be readily available, but finding reliable help ain't always easy. Anyway, I reached out, set up an appointment, and they were really prompt. The technician, super knowledgeable, didn't waste any time figuring out what was wrong. Apparently, it was some part I never even thought about, go figure. Dude had all the parts on hand, so no extra delays. I was back to baking in no time! Seriously, if your mixer’s in need, you might wanna call them for any stand mixer repair, it was a pretty smooth process. Trust these guys for sure.
